🌟 We’re Hiring – Experienced Support Workers Only 🌟

Ardent Disability Care is seeking confident, experienced Support Workers to join our team across Tweed Heads, Broadbeach and Carrara.

This role is suited to mature support workers who are experienced in mental health and behaviour support, and can provide calm, consistent, and person-centred care.

About the Role:
• Support participants with daily living and community access
• Provide structured, consistent support for mental health and behaviours
• Work independently while maintaining strong professional boundaries

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in mental health and/or behaviours of concern (essential)
• Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (essential)
• Permanent work rights in Australia (essential)
• All relevant checks and clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, accountable, and confident working autonomously

Pay Rate:
• Paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award (relevant level), with penalties and allowances applied

🌟 Support Worker Wanted – Park Ridge QLD 🌟

We’re looking for a young, energetic male support worker to assist with the care of two high-energy young children in the Park Ridge area.

About the Role:

- Casual or part-time position
- Must be physically fit and active – the kids are full of energy and love to play!
- Support includes engaging in outdoor activities, play-based learning, and general supervision
- Experience with children or in a support role is a bonus, but not essential – the right attitude is key!

Ideal Candidate:

- Male, preferably in your 20s or 30s
- Energetic, reliable, and patient
- Able to keep up with fast-paced, active children
- Must have (or be willing to obtain): Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
