Modern life keeps many of us living in the mind: thinking, planning, analysing, pushing.
This retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and return to the wisdom of the body, the breath and the heart.
During this 3-hour journey we’ll work with the Throat Chakra 🩵 the centre of truth, expression and authentic voice.
The place where we stop holding everything in… and start allowing life to move through us.
This afternoon is designed as a progressive, step-by-step journey, where each practice prepares and supports the next.
🍫 Ceremonial cacao — arriving & opening
We begin with ceremonial cacao, used in ritual and ceremony for thousands of years to support connection, intention and presence.
Cacao naturally increases blood flow and oxygenation, gently lifts mood and supports emotional openness while helping the nervous system soften and slow down.
This first step allows you to transition out of daily life and into a more present, receptive and heart-centred state.
🧘 Intuitive yoga flow - awakening & reconnecting with the body
We then move into an intuitive yoga flow suitable for all levels.
This practice is not about performance or flexibility. It is about reconnecting with the body, releasing physical tension and creating space for breath and energy to move more freely.
Through gentle movement and awareness, we begin shifting from thinking → sensing, allowing the body to feel safe, open and ready for deeper inner work.
🌬 Heart coherence & Throat Chakra meditation - regulating & preparing the system
Next we move into heart coherence, a guided breathing practice that helps bring the nervous system into balance and create a deep sense of safety and presence.
From this grounded state, we explore a guided meditation on the Throat Chakra, the centre that bridges the heart and mind and governs authentic expression and deep listening.
Together we explore the archetypes of this energy centre, what blocks self-expression, its symbolism and emotional themes, and its association with the thyroid and parathyroid glands which regulate metabolism.
💫 Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork - release & clarity
We then move into a Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
This is a powerful, supported breathing practice that helps release stored stress, emotional tension and mental noise from the body.
Many people experience emotional release, clarity and insight, a sense of lightness and relief, and a deeper reconnection with themselves.
🕯 Yin-inspired yoga & sound journey - integration & restoration
We close with a yin-inspired practice and sound journey designed to support integration.
After deep breathwork, the nervous system needs time and space to settle and restore. Gentle long-held poses combined with sound and vibration allow the body to absorb and integrate the experience.
This final stage helps you leave feeling grounded, calm, supported and deeply relaxed.
This retreat is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about releasing what was never truly you.
When the mind softens, the heart opens and the voice becomes free… life begins to feel lighter, clearer and more possible.
