Stand up and sit down 10 times in a row today. Good job!

You have now done a bit more activity than you normally would. Repeat this every day to strengthen your legs and butt.

Knees hurting? Push your weight back into your heels when you stand up and sit down and don’t let your knees move in towards each other to kiss each other.

Small adjustments make a big difference.
