Meet The Team : Maddie Stephenson

Qualified therapist and facilitator, including Pregnancy bodywork.

Maddie embodies an innate quality for creating comfort and catharsis. She carries a safe and grounding space in each exchange on the Zenthai mat, approaching and treating the body in both physical and energetic systems.

Maddie strives to weave healing into activism, and believes Zenthai Shiatsu to be the bridge between the heart and the hands.�Each touch is offered with a deep respect, extending the invitation to return yourself to your body, and reset the intersecting systems that feed our vitality.

Maddie believes that all bodywork should strive to find wholeness, so that we are full enough to offer ourselves back to the world.

Jonas works closely with your needs while maintaining an intuitive sense in moving with your body and guiding it to where it wants to go. Using Chinese elemental theory, pulse diagnosis and quiet listening, he strives to help you feel rested, grounded and at ease.

Meet The Team : Kynan Wu

With deep passion and dedication to movement, breath and devotion.

Kynan brings his own flavour though his experience and practices. As a 650hr RYT(yoga teacher) and a certified fitness instructor.

With lived experience with injury and trauma he wholly believes true healing starts in the mind and the heart...
Bringing an understanding of the physical body and energetic flow, he layers this embodiment into the therapy of Zenthai.

Particularly interested in the remedial side with equal fascination to the emotional and physical connection.

Devoting his time and energy to this healing modality of Zenthai for the past few years he believes deeply in therapeutics of connection, touch, integrity in presence and the energetic structural alignment. And the holistic approach to the this therapy.
