I can feel it… can you?
The end of the year is creeping closer and the pace is picking up.

I often see the same patterns show up again and again, especially towards the end of the year when the pressure is really on.

When we look deeper, we might see things that have built up over the months, sometimes even years:
• Low minerals and nutrients after long periods of stress or pregnancy
• Flattened cortisol rhythms that affect energy and sleep
• Thyroid or hormonal changes driving brain fog, cravings or anxiety
• Digestive sluggishness that limits absorption and increases inflammation
• A nervous system that has been coping, rather than recovering

These are all patterns that can be measured, understood and supported. My role is to interpret what your body is communicating, identify the underlying imbalances, and design a treatment plan that restores resilience and steadiness, for the silly season and the year ahead.

Consultations are available in-person at my Brunswick Heads clinic or online until mid December. I’ve just added a few extra appointment times to accommodate end-of-year demand. I’ll then be taking a short summer break, with sessions reopening in late January 2026 💛

Tummy pain in children is common. However it’s not something to dismiss as “just normal.” Ongoing discomfort can point to something deeper. An experienced practitioner can identify potential gut inflammation, microbial imbalances, food sensitivities, or nervous system dysregulation. So rather than address just the symptoms, you understand the drivers for a targeted, more effective approach that supports long-term gut health.

If your child is experiencing persistent tummy troubles, I can help you uncover the drivers and support their gut, naturally.
