Looking forward to sharing ...
Weโre so happy to introduce Christina Covington from Embodyed Ayurveda as one of this yearโs educators at Wise Women Gathering.
Christina is an Ayurvedic alchemist and long-time practitioner whose work supports women through the deep terrain of perimenopause and menopause. With a background in chemistry and more than three decades living and practising Ayurveda, her path began in the Himalayan foothills of India, where Ayurveda was not a technique but a way of being; devotional, daily and rooted in relationship with nature.
Christinaโs work speaks especially to women navigating fatigue, burnout and the unpredictable waves of midlife change. She offers no quick fixes. Instead, she brings practical, safe and natural support grounded in elemental wisdom, helping women restore their nervous systems, find safety in their bodies and return to themselves with vitality and clarity.
At WWG, Christina will offer Juicy: an Ayurvedic Menopause Guide.
This session reframes menopause as a journey toward wholeness rather than a problem to manage. Drawing on Ayurvedic understanding, Christina explores menopause as an undoing... a process of surrender, reflection and ripening where body, mind and soul are supported to rebalance for the decades ahead. She speaks to menopause as a human pause, a time of recalibration that invites trust, nourishment and a deeper alignment with life.
Rather than focusing on loss or deficit, this session honours the quiet beauty that emerges through the menopausal process; the gathering of wisdom, the lightness of being and the unapologetic claiming of oneโs own authority. It is an invitation to come out on your own side, wearing your crown, grounded in the union of self that menopause ultimately offers.
Join us for Christina's Session and so many other incredible offerings with some of Australia's top Educators on Herbal Wisdom, Holistic Living and Women's Mysteries.
