I’m often asked when the best time to come for acupuncture is after you have had surgery. I always answer, ‘as soon as you feel able’.
I see women soon after surgery and also many years later when their scar has caused them to restrict movement in that area.
There are so many benefits to getting acupuncture after any kind of surgery. What I love to see the most is the ease of relief from discomfort and the increased speed in recovery.
