We’re often the first people to find out you’re pregnant.
Before the big reveal to your friends. Before the announcement at work. Sometimes even before you’ve fully wrapped their head around it.
Why? Because you trust us, and because we’re the ones helping you move and breathe through a changing body, week by week.
It’s such a quiet, sacred honor.
You pull us aside after class and whisper, “I’m pregnant, just a few weeks, not telling many people yet…”
And then we smile, breathe, and quietly begin to tailor your practice, because even though all our classes are adaptable to pregnancy, we know that your body is writing a whole new story now.
That’s why we created Prenatal Yoga, a class just for you.
A space where you don’t have to modify quietly in the corner, but can fully embrace your changing body, surrounded by others walking a similar path.
You’ll learn how to listen to your body, make space for your baby, and move with intention and ease as your pregnancy progresses.
And the beautiful Jules — our prenatal teacher, yoga facilitator, and doula — brings so much wisdom and warmth to this offering. She’s all about pregnancy, motherhood, and showing up with love and care.
