Moving Flow Vinyasa
This vinyasa inspired is creatively sequenced to move your body mind and spirit. Linking breath with movement while focussing on alignment and lineage, this class celebrates the joy of moving on a mat If new to yoga, taking a foundation class beforehand is greatly recommended. (70mins)
Foundation
This class builds strength, balance and flexibility while focusing on the foundations of a yoga practice. Suitable for new yogis. (70mins)
Private Sessions
Enhance and deepen your practice or simply a great way to begin your yoga journey, these sessions are created for you, at a time that suits on your own, with friends or maybe even colleagues. Please don't hesitate to contact Trudy for more information and prices.
Moving Yin
Bring yourself deep into relaxation. each posture works to release tension and fatigue in the body. this slower paced class is a beautiful compliment to your Moving Flow practice. (90 mins)

$25 for a casual class
5 class pass $100 ($20 per class)
10 class pass $200 ($20 per class)
