This weekend in Melbourne and Geelong we got to share something really special with so many of you.
Beyond The Reset (our newest experience) was never meant to be just a “big breathwork session” on the day. It was created to go further than that. To give you tools you can actually carry into your mornings, your busy minds, your relationships, your nervous system, your meetings, your real life. Breath that meets you on a random Tuesday, not just in a workshop studio space.

Watching a room full of people choose themselves to slow down, feel, soften, remember - it’s something we honestly never take for granted. Every single person who walked through the door brought their own story and their own readiness. And we feel so grateful to have been trusted with that.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, who breathed with us, who laughed, cried, released, and stayed curious about what’s possible on the other side of the exhale.

This community keeps reminding us why we do this.
Not to be perfect or not to have it all figured out.
But to keep coming back to the breath, and to the best version of ourselves, one intentional inhale and one exhale at a time. Heart is full, cup is full thank you all, and thank you , , .lyster for constantly showing up to share this, and do this 🤍✨🫁

One of the best things you can do in 2026 is learn how to regulate yourself.

Not hustle even more or try to fix everything, but learn how to come back to yourself. To notice when your nervous system is activated before you’re overwhelmed.

This workshop is still beginner-friendly, but it’s also a step forward for anyone who’s already completed the Reset and wants more.

This year, thousands of people walked through our doors in Brunswick and across Australia and chose to breathe with us.

No Name Studios was built on a simple idea: no labels, no expectations, no limits - but what makes it real is the trust people place in the room, the surrender they offer to the process, and the courage they bring to each breath.

To everyone who showed up, even when you weren’t sure what you needed… thank you.
To everyone who let go of how you thought you should breathe and allowed yourself to breathe how you needed to- thank you.

To everyone who trusted us to guide you, hold you, and sit in the rawness and beauty of your journey… we honestly don’t take that lightly.

I’m so proud of our team: Liz, Ash, Sherri, Vinh, Celeste, Celine, all so unique and different, but with one shared mission. The way you show up for our community, the way you protect the space, the way you stay with people through the peaks and the quiet moments after… that’s the magic. That’s the work. That’s the why we do it.

Breathwork isn’t ours it belongs to everyone who needs it. We’re just the lucky ones who get to witness what happens when people finally give themselves permission to feel it all.

So as we close out a big, wild year, we bow to the breath, to the community, to the unseen breakthroughs, the unspoken releases, the tears, the laughter, the exhale of relief when the room softens again.

Today we had the absolute honour of holding space for a very special group - the incredible instructors from Glow Pilates ✨

So often these humans are the holders, the guides, the steady presence for others. Today was about gently laying all of that down. No titles. No roles. No expectations. Just time to breathe, feel, and be held themselves.

A private group session dedicated to stepping out of “teacher” and into simply being human. To soften, to receive, to reconnect, without the responsibility of leading, mentoring, or holding space for anyone else.

It was powerful, grounding, and deeply deserved. A beautiful reminder that even those who give so much need space to refill their own cups.

As we slow down and look back on the year that’s been, one thing feels really clear: gratitude.

Gratitude for every single person who stepped into our space, for every breath taken, every release, every breakthrough, every moment of stillness.

Gratitude for being able to share this modality in all of its rawness, beauty, and honesty with the thousands of people who’ve trusted us this year.

What we’re most proud of is that we’ve let breathwork simply be what it needs to be for each individual who walks through our door. No forcing. No shaping. Just meeting people exactly where they are, and letting the breath do what it knows how to do.

For us, it has always been about safety, both physical, emotional, energetic. A space where you can fall apart, rise again, soften, open, or just breathe… and know you’re held the whole way through.

We’re so honoured to do this work, to hold this space, and to witness what happens when people give themselves the chance to come home to their bodies and their breath.
