We are absolutely thrilled to share the wonderful news that our Physio Sam Glover and his wife Bella have welcomed a beautiful new addition to their family.

Please join us in sending a warm welcome to baby Emmeline, born on January 2nd. Both mom and baby are doing well, and Sam is officially embracing the "Dad Life."

We know many of you have been following Sam’s journey to fatherhood, and we couldn’t be happier for them as they start this exciting new chapter.

Congratulation to one of our Reload Athletes, Amelia Griffith, completing another Ultra Marathon. After a tough few months since tearing a calf muscle, she is back to her usual tricks of running amazing events in amazing places. This time it is Arizona, US, the Black Canyon 50km event.

This week we welcome Mia to our team as our new Remedial Massage Therapist, while new to our team, she is definitely not new to treatment rooms having been a professional ballerina for the last 10 years with the Victorian State Ballet and also training as a massage therapist from 2022 and has since become the go-to pair of hands for treatment from her ballet colleagues.
Because of this unique career, Mia can recognise the importance of maintaining healthy muscles and joints. Working with male and female dancers Mia has learnt crucial knowledge on how to work with physiotherapists to assist clients with rehabbing from injury and helping them maintain healthy muscles that are often overused and fatigued to prevent injury.
Mia is available for remedial and sports massage consultations on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and many Saturdays. Appointments can be made online or by calling the practice.
