I’m delight & excited to welcome Joel to Urban Leopard!

Joel is an osteopath who loves to work with headaches, neck pain, tendon injuries, chronic pain, respiratory mechanics, indirect osteopathic techniques, MET & rehab.

He’s also worked as a personal trainer for 19 years honing his gym craft & furthering his knowledge by studying with Muscle Nerds, N1 education & AMP Performance.

Joel has put his knowledge to work with an extensive competition history in bodybuilding, CrossFit, powerlifting & track cycling.

Our classes are still running as per usual today (Monday 3rd) and tomorrow (Tuesday 4th).
