Wow it has been along time coming but I am beyond excited to share with you the wonderful news that I’ve recreated a new, peaceful healing space here on the Sunshine Coast at Wurtulla, and I would love to welcome you into it. This new beginning is a reflection of my deep commitment to your well-being, and I am truly honoured to start this journey with you. I have a couple of little practical things that need finishing off but this will be done in time as the calling to restart here has been too strong to hold back any longer.
In this serene sanctuary, I offer a gentle blend of healing practices designed to nurture your entire being. Through the loving energy of Reiki, your body, mind, and spirit will receive exactly what they need, allowing for a profound sense of balance and renewal. I pair this with soothing massage techniques to relax the body, and Bowen therapy to gently restore alignment, bringing harmony to all aspects of your well-being.
Each session is a sacred time for you to feel deeply cared for, embraced by healing energy, and reconnected with yourself. My goal is to help you feel centred, grounded, and revitalised—allowing you to step back into the world with a renewed sense of peace and strength.

Hi Everyone, I am now on the Sunshine Coast and taking a well deserved break for a couple of months before I decide what my step will be. I want you to know that I am still here quietly working in the background and to share a post that I came across that shows that it is not just one thing that is out of balance when we connect for a session hence why I work on the 3 levels of mind, body and soul during our time together. 💜

Let me introduce you to Noel, as he kindly reminds me he is a few weeks off the age of 96! Noel has been a fortnightly client of mine for the past 3 years and has chosen to put his health before any thing else in his life. He has a mind as sharp as a tack and a strong body that has been failing him for a few years now. I write this as it is my last week in Mackay and there has been so many goodbyes and lots of love shared and memories cherished. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all my clients that I have had the pleasure to meet over the years, many who have become firm friends, I have been honoured with your vulnerability and your openness to share and to find a place of healing. I am taking a mini break to find my feet and look for a new venue to work from on the Sunny Coast and I will see what the universe has in store for me. Thank you all for being a part of my journey Everyone.
