Wall Sits for Strong Quads & Happy Knees! 🏋️‍♀️

Walls sits are a great exercise to build quadriceps strength.

Strong quadriceps keep our knees happy by:
- Stabilising the kneecap
- More efficient movement for walking and running
- Improving balance and control
- Reduces injury risk

🎄Christmas Holiday Closure🎄
