Have you ever had a sudden wave of emotion out of nowhere?
Maybe a certain song, smell, or moment triggered a feeling you hadn’t thought about in years.
That’s because your body holds onto experiences and emotions in ways your mind might not remember. Sometimes, it doesn’t need a story… it just needs space to move, shift, and be felt. 🫶
Through these sessions, we gently allow these emotions to surface and process in a way that feels safe and supported. It’s not about “figuring it out”; it’s about giving your body the permission to let go of what no longer needs to be held in its own time.
For some it may take a few sessions to create that safety to begin connecting - and that is completely fine!
