Hyper independence gets created by some when they realise they’ve landed in a family / environment that has excluded them.

Doesn’t have to be deliberate, but events, awareness and the subconscious remember the stress and create the patterns of what to do to make this person feel safe.

This session got to the source so we could clear it!

First stress - trauma
Age regress: age 2
Exclusion, family

Age regress: “All the time” -
Isolation

Sometimes a life like this is meant by design, fulfilling conditions required for lessons.

Whatever the reason, clear the blocks around it and be more at peace within! ⭐️🙏🏻

This was part of a session that uncovered “isolation” as a theme underlying this client’s stress.

It had been held as “frozen” - through the nervous system and cellular memory… deeply held!

It age regressed to age 10 and leaving (client confirmed moved city / school) ;
Age 41 - through solo work not being quite embodied
And “all the time” stress - around purpose not fully actualised

Plenty of people on their path of self awareness feel this isolation - whether it be them realising they’re not cut out for “mainstream”, or them stepping into their purpose and being aligned with the groove of it.

Repeating patterns are triggered and come up to be cleared. When you’re at the frequency, it will shake up what’s not aligned with it!

If self development is your priority, asking the right questions determines where the blocks are and what has locked them in. Clearing stress that locks you into a repeating loop allows room for expansion!

Comprehensive questioning forms my kinesiology session - to get insight into your story it’s helpful to get information on what’s connected behind the stress. With my wide range of experience and training with the physical body, hypnotherapy, food & nutrition, and two streams of kinesiology, a session is a form of counselling, giving you an objective picture of what's happening, why stress was started and what is the core of the issue that is ready to be released.

The sessions have become a truly illuminating experience, when you receive clarity and gain insight, it allows you to focus on what you need right now to move forward.

It’s a collaboration between you, your energy and how I can best assist you to release stress. No session is ever the same, and why would it be! You are unique and here for your own unique journey.

How do Remote Sessions work?

Remote healing works as we are all connected by energy. I connect to your energy and use muscle testing as a ‘surrogate’ for you and your issues, to release what needs balancing. By accessing a biofeedback response through muscle testing, the source of stress can be identified.

As your vibration is changed through the energy session, you resonate with the new frequency. Your energy and vibration is unique to you and no other, so wherever you are, the vibrational change achieved will integrate into your energy fields. I’m currently offering sessions by Skype. Julie
