Feel like the “black sheep”?

So called as you stand out from the crowd. As different thinkers, follow your own path, discerning. Sounds empowered, doesn’t it?

On the flip side there’s grief held as we sociable humans, want to be in a tribe. And why, when you get here - land in a family, expect a grounding, support, acceptance - you can just feel so foreign?

It can start to create fractures within. It gets held within your energy fields, nervous system, triggers ... the subconscious creates patterns to adjust. In the emotional body there's grief, the mental body, the constant 'why's?'

It can run deep to the subconscious need to feel accepted, and also trigger self judgement about self acceptance! A spiral within.

It can develop into hyper-independence, loneliness, isolation – even if those around are physically present, doesn’t mean you are understood. Doesn’t mean you resonate with those around you.

Clear out the blocks that are held, linked to these topics and more. Be empowered with your self relationship, so the need for connection is established sought and met with the right frequency.

Be so grounded in your own self that you are anchored into not needing the “approval“ on this level

Comprehensive questioning forms my kinesiology session - to get insight into your story it’s helpful to get information on what’s connected behind the stress. With my wide range of experience and training with the physical body, hypnotherapy, food & nutrition, and two streams of kinesiology, a session is a form of counselling, giving you an objective picture of what's happening, why stress was started and what is the core of the issue that is ready to be released.

The sessions have become a truly illuminating experience, when you receive clarity and gain insight, it allows you to focus on what you need right now to move forward.

It’s a collaboration between you, your energy and how I can best assist you to release stress. No session is ever the same, and why would it be! You are unique and here for your own unique journey.

How do Remote Sessions work?

Remote healing works as we are all connected by energy. I connect to your energy and use muscle testing as a ‘surrogate’ for you and your issues, to release what needs balancing. By accessing a biofeedback response through muscle testing, the source of stress can be identified.

As your vibration is changed through the energy session, you resonate with the new frequency. Your energy and vibration is unique to you and no other, so wherever you are, the vibrational change achieved will integrate into your energy fields. I’m currently offering sessions by Skype. Julie
