Meet David 👋

David Franklin has been part of the Diabetes Complete Care team for over three years, supporting patients with practical, personalised nutrition advice that fits real life.

As a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Accredited Practising Dietitian, David has completed over seven years of university training in nutrition and dietetics, along with postgraduate studies in diabetes education. His work focuses on helping people manage diabetes through realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to their individual needs.

David believes eating well with diabetes is never a one-size-fits-all approach. With different types of diabetes and unique lifestyles to consider, he works with patients to create simple, sustainable nutrition plans that support long-term health and confidence.

We’re proud to have David as part of our multidisciplinary team, helping patients across the Sunshine Coast feel supported in their diabetes journey.
