So many of my clients ask me, “How do I know my loved ones are close? Are they sending me signs? How will I recognise them?”

The truth is… the spirit world are always communicating with us.

They’re always sending signs

Songs on the radio that hit you at the exact right moment…
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve turned my radio on and laughed out loud at the relevance of the words (and I swear I can feel my spirit team chuckling🤣)

Pennies placed just where you’ll notice them.
A familiar scent out of nowhere.
That dream that felt too real
And feathers… feathers are a big one for me.

We just have to begin noticing.
Listening.
Acknowledging. (I always say thankyou and more like that please 🙏)

And when we do… they get excited and send more 🥰

This week, my guides reminded me just how close they always are.
It’s been a big one - my beautiful mum in hospital (she is home and happy🥰) my dad having a minor proceedure … and that feeling of needing to be everywhere at once.

When I finally got home, I walked into my kitchen and right there, in the middle of the floor, was a single white feather 🪶 🤍

In that moment, I felt it.
So much love. So much comfort.
A quiet message from my Team that said…
“We’re here. We’re holding you. You’re not doing this alone.” 🤍

If we’re open, our loved ones are always finding ways to let us know they’re right there with us 🤍

Your journey starts with a meditation to guide your mind and body into calmness and support you to go within, Surrender your worries and find your inner peace.

✨Sound
Sound Baths are a beautiful gentle journey of relaxation, healing and personal growth. The therapeutic vibrational sounds of the crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, encouraging the release of stagnant energy moving it effortlessly through your body, releasing stress, resetting your nervous system and uplifting your mind, body & soul.

✨Reiki and Healing
Throughout your journey, we will be coming around the room supporting you with the gentle healing touch of Reiki and placing Tibetan bowls and tuning forks on your body helping you to achieve a deeper state of relaxation, release what no longer serves you and restore your body’s natural flow of energy.

We close with a nourishing herbal tea, the setting of positive intentions, cards and connection with beautiful like-minded people.
