Sound Baths are a beautiful gentle journey of relaxation, healing and personal growth. The therapeutic vibrational sounds of the crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, encouraging the release of stagnant energy moving it effortlessly through your body, releasing stress, resetting your nervous system and uplifting your mind, body & soul.

✨Reiki and Healing
Throughout your journey, we will be coming around the room supporting you with the gentle healing touch of Reiki and placing Tibetan bowls and tuning forks on your body helping you to achieve a deeper state of relaxation, release what no longer serves you and restore your body’s natural flow of energy.

We close with a nourishing herbal tea, the setting of positive intentions, cards and connection with beautiful like-minded people.

You are welcome to bring your journal and pen for reflection

It’s easy to stay in the “why”… replaying, questioning, holding on.

But true peace doesn’t come from others - it comes from within.

From remembering your worth, even when it wasn’t recognised.

From letting go… not because it didn’t matter, but because you do.

✨ Your nervous system loves grounding ✨

One of the simplest ways to calm your body and reset your energy is by connecting with the earth.

Standing barefoot on the grass, sand, or soil helps regulate the nervous system, release built-up stress, and bring you back into balance.

It’s something I do every morning myself (if it’s not raining 😜) and it’s such a beautiful way to start the day feeling calm, centred, and connected.

Step outside, take a breath, and feel the earth beneath your feet.
