Joseph is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who brings a unique and passionate perspective to the team at Advanced Health. A graduate of Griffith University on the Gold Coast, he combines his academic expertise with a lifelong background in competitive sports.
Having played football at the top flight level in the Gold Coast and Wide Bay regions, Joseph understands the athlete's mindset—the drive to perform and the determination to recover. This firsthand experience fuels his special interest in treating sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and effective pain management.
With three years of experience in a musculoskeletal clinic, Joseph has successfully helped clients with a wide range of conditions. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently advancing his knowledge by undertaking a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at CQU. Joseph is dedicated to designing personalized, evidence-based exercise programs to help you regain function, reduce pain, and achieve your health and performance goals.

🌄 Cheering On Quentin Allen! 🌄
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate one of our amazing patients, Quentin Allen, as he takes on the legendary 2025 Coast to Kosci Ultramarathon! 🙌🔥

This invitational 240km race stretches from Twofold Bay all the way to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko — a true test of grit, endurance, and mental toughness. The race kicked off at 05:10 this morning from Boydtown Beach, and Quentin is out there giving it everything he’s got. 🏃‍♂️💨
Quentin’s dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to his training have been nothing short of inspiring. We have no doubt that every ounce of that effort will shine through on the course.
