Rainy Melbourne days can make motivation feel… a little British Shorthair 🐈⬛💤
(As demonstrated by our in-house “fitness model” who is currently resting between sets.)
But movement doesn’t have to be big or complicated to be effective — especially when you’re indoors:
Rainy Day Activity Ideas:
• 10–12 minutes of gentle stretching or mobility
• Light dumbbells or resistance band routine
• Chair squats + countertop push-ups
• A slow, mindful walk around the house or up and down the hallway
• Even just standing and doing breaths between emails
Small, consistent movement supports metabolism, circulation, recovery, and mood — especially during colder, darker days.
So on the days you feel a bit like this guy… move gently. Move kindly. But still move 🤍
