We’re looking for a warm, organised, and tech-savvy Reception & Admin Assistant to join our friendly team at Bulleen Osteopathy.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our busy clinic, supporting our Osteopaths and other small businesses within the space (including our sister brand, Continuall). Every day will be a little different - from greeting patients and managing appointments, to assisting with general admin and payroll on Xero.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Friendly and great with people

✅ Organised and reliable

✅ Comfortable with technology (or quick to learn)

✅ Willing to pitch in wherever needed

We offer a warm, community-focused workplace with exposure to both health and e-commerce industries.

Experience as a clinic receptionist is not essential - we value kindness and a willingness to learn above all else.

We are THRILLED to share the wonderful news that Ash and Tim have welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Maeve 🥰.

We know how excited our Bulleen Osteo community has been for her arrival! Ash and Tim are so thankful for all the well wishes and support.

Everyone is well and loved up in the newborn bubble. And you can be sure we will keep these beautiful pics coming 😍

The team at Bulleen Osteopathy are excited to welcome a new associate to our clinic. We are passionate about providing exceptional Osteopathic Care in a warm, friendly and professional environment.
Our clinic is located 15 km from Melbourne CBD and we treat all members of the community with a strong focus on women’s health throughout pregnancy and beyond. Experience in this field would be appreciated but not essential.
We are supported by our exceptional reception staff
Days and times throughout the week are flexible, however, must include Saturday morning.
