FLOW COLLECTIVE YOGA was created with the intention of helping you find your flow state through dynamic movement and meditation.

Yoga classes are offered at the Bulli Surf Club with experiences designed to activate your body and connect to inner wisdom.

For those of you who don't know; is a long term (O.G) student of Flow Collective, a good friend of Lana's and in the later years became one of our much-loved teachers! 🙏💛🧘‍♀️ She's been off raising an adorable human for the last lil bit, but she agreed to coming back and covering Saturdays while Lana is off on retreat and we couldn't be happier 🤗

Maddy is a warm, kind and bubbly soul with a warm heart, a wealth of grounded wisdom, a graceful Yoga practice and years of experience. You're in wonderful hands 🙌

💕✨️ Woohoo! 4 New Classes have been added to our timetable! 💕✨️

Some of these new additions are 45 min 'express' classes - so you can enjoy a bit of everything if u want to do a double, or squeeze in a shorter practice (and a swim!?) around other commitments! 🤗 We also now have the lovely Georgia offering a nurturing & restorative hour of Yin & Nidra every Thursday evening 🌙💆‍♀️💕

Mon 5.30pm Strength & Mobility with
Wed 6.15am Vinyasa 45 with
Thurs 5.30pm Vinyasa 45 with
Thurs 6.30pm Yin & Nidra with

❤️🖤💛 At Flow Collective Yoga, we acknowledge the Dharawal people, the traditional owners of the land on which we live & practice. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and the Guardian Spirits of this land.❤️🖤💛

We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and hope that as a society, we might continue to grow in respect & reverence of this deep, ancient wisdom.

We recognise that for many First Nations people, January 26th is not a day to be celebrated & is marked by pain, sadness, frustration, and anger at the continuing damage done by colonisation.

We are open on Monday - with Lana teaching a 90min practice at 10am, inclusive of acknowledgement, respect, and meditation on love, safety, equality & peace for all.

Its an absolute honour to again be sharing my TRIBAL FLOW YOGA with the legends at 🐅🪘🎉💕🌏 This time even more so, as its on my local turf! 🙌☀️⛰️

These EPIC festivals are all about Kindness, Community, Music, Dance, Respect, Connection, Fun, & Freedom of Expression! 💕💫💃🎶🧘‍♂️ IMO, THIS is the energy the world needs more of right now! 🙌 I'm so happy to be a part of this awesome movement ~ actively raising vibration, in the most fun, accessible & positive way ❤️🌈✨️💕🎉🐅👊

I'll be teaching an energetic, tribal-inspired Yoga flow designed to activate the Elemental Body, awaken the Native Spirit, and expand Conscious Awareness. This practice will unfold into an immersive guided meditation into the ethereal body and spiritual connection 💛✨️💫

Extra pecial mention to the amazing Sophie Sanders; who has not only jumped in at Flow Collective and kept everything together over the last few months, but upleveled our teacher meetings with her nurturing hosting, and occasionally texts me telling me what day it is and what time I am teaching that day!! 😵‍💫🤯😜
