“I’m just being realistic” is something I hear often. Usually it’s not realism — it’s discouragement shaped by past experiences. If change were only about insight or willpower, you’d already be done. Doubt doesn’t mean you can’t change.

Many people think they’re stuck because they lack discipline or motivation. More often, the nervous system has learned that past attempts were hard or disappointing — so it applies the brakes. That isn’t failure. It’s protection. And it can be worked with, not fought against.

This year, I completed advanced studies in Hypnotherapy and attended the Australian Hypnotherapists' Association National Symposium in Sydney — something that’s expanded both my practice and my perspective.

✨ Gentle Reminder

From January 1, 2026, my hourly rate will increase to $140 for weekday sessions, with evenings and weekends still available at 10% extra.

This small adjustment reflects the completion of my advanced studies in Hypnotherapy this year, along with my ongoing professional development — all part of my commitment to offering the highest standard of care and effective support.

Current rates remain in place until December 31, 2025, so if you’d like to continue or begin sessions at 2025 pricing, you’re warmly invited to book before the end of the year.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the **Australian Hypnotherapists' Association (AHA) Symposium** in Sydney — an inspiring gathering of practitioners from across the country.

This year’s theme, **The Many Applications of Clinical Hypnotherapy,** opened the door to a wide range of fascinating topics, from innovative therapeutic techniques to emerging research, practical tools, and new ways of supporting clients through complex challenges.

I’m coming away feeling energised, connected, and full of fresh ideas to bring into my work. It’s always a privilege to learn alongside colleagues who are so passionate about helping people make meaningful changes in their lives.

🌿 Professional Update

Over the past year, I’ve completed further advanced studies in Hypnotherapy, alongside my regular continuing professional development. These studies have deepened and refined how I support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change.

To reflect this ongoing professional growth, my session fees will increase slightly from January 1, 2026:

✨ Weekday sessions: $140/hour (previously $130)
✨ Evenings & weekends: 10% additional

Current 2025 rates remain available until December 31, 2025, so if you’ve been considering starting or resuming sessions, now is a great time to book.
