I’m super proud and excited to share Regional Arts Australia’s new artist-led program!

About the Program:

Practice In Community (PIC) is a multi-year initiative co-presented by Regional Arts Australia and the Minderoo Foundation. It gives independent artists in regional Australia time, trust, and resources to deeply embed their creative practice within their communities.

Unlike project-based funding, this is an investment in artists’ broader practice and the communities they work with.

Please share with any artists you know who might be interested in applying!

“I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you're licked before you begin, but you begin anyway and see it through no matter what.”
