Exciting news! Shelby is joining the Skye Osteopathy team
I'm thrilled to welcome Shelby to the clinic in February. She has completed a double bachelor degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT, plus specialised training in cranial osteopathy and level 2 dry needling.
Shelby's passion for osteopathy started when her father found relief from chronic lower back pain after a long shearing career.
She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—upper back and neck pain, lower back complaints, shoulder and hip issues—and has a special interest in women's health, including pre- and post-natal support.
She's passionate about getting to the root cause of her patients' pain and looking beyond the body to outside lifestyle factors that may also be contributing.
Shelby uses a blend of techniques—gentle joint release, soft tissue work, dry needling, manipulations, and muscle energy technique—to restore normal movement and function.
Fresh back from a working holiday in Canada, Shelby's excited to explore the South West with her partner. I can't wait to work alongside her and help even more people in the Bunbury region feel their best.
Online bookings are now available with Shelby for new and existing patients. Jump online and book your appointment for February!

I wanted to let you know that Emma-lee has had to step back from the clinic, and I am actively recruiting for a replacement osteopath to join me.
Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be covering her Thursday and Friday shifts to ensure all existing appointments are honoured without disruption.
For any bookings made after this period, I'll be in touch to reschedule at a time that works for you.
Please understand this creates extra pressure on my schedule, and I genuinely appreciate your patience as I navigate this transition.
Finding the right fit for the clinic takes time, and I'm committed to getting it right.
Thank you for your understanding during this busy period. Hopefully, we'll be back to full capacity soon.

After a well-deserved break, Emma-lee's jumped straight back in and has been working hard the last few weeks. We've loved seeing her so busy.
This week, she's had some cancellations come through—if you've been wanting to book in with Emma-lee, she has availability this Thursday and Friday for new and existing patients.
Head to our online booking link to secure your spot before they're gone! 🙌
02/10/2025
Just a heads up that Emma-lee is taking some well-deserved time off and will be away for the next 3 weeks. She'll be back in clinic from October 23rd.
We apologise if there's a bit of a wait to get in – the next available appointment is October 30th. If you need to get in sooner, feel free to reach out and check for cancellations.
Thanks for your patience and understanding 💙

ONE SPOT LEFT!
We have one last appointment available this week at 2:30 Friday with Emma-lee.
I’m away this week on a biodynamic cranial osteopathy course—diving deep into new ways to connect with stillness and the health within.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to learn, reflect, and expand how I support each of you in clinic.
If I’m a little slow replying to emails, calls, or messages, I appreciate your patience. I’ll respond when I can or forward anything urgent to Emma-lee, who is available in the clinic Thursday and Friday this week.
You can book online with her via our website (just a heads up, the Google booking link isn’t working at the moment).
Looking forward to sharing what I’m learning soon, and wishing everyone a peaceful week!

Emma-lee has appointments available this Thursday and Friday! If you’ve been wanting to book in with her, the best way is to go straight through our website or call/text the clinic on 0421 467 389.
Heads up—the Google booking link isn’t working properly right now and is only showing my availabilities, not Emma-lee’s. Please book directly or reach out if you need any help!

Heads up!
Our clinic phone will now stay at work as an office line only.
I'll have it during my days in the clinic (Mon-Wed), and Emma-lee will have it on Thu-Fri.
If you call after hours, you can leave a message and I may answer (call forwarding), but texts won't come through after hours anymore.
For anything urgent, especially reschedules for Monday, please email me—I check emails regularly even on weekends.
Thanks for your understanding!

Did you know that TMJ/jaw dysfunction could be the cause of your headaches, neck stiffness and pain?
Jaw clenching, grinding, or tension can lead to clicking, pain, and discomfort in the surrounding structures.
Do you notice clicking, tightness, pain when chewing or opening wide, or your jaw opening to one side?
With the right assessment and treatment, these problems can often be managed and improved.
Emma-lee can assess your TMJ using orthopaedic tests, and can treat TMJ dysfunction using Osteopathic Manipulative techniques to restore optimal mechanical load on the surrounding tissues.
If you’re wondering if your jaw is part of the problem, get in touch—we’re here to help.
