Just a heads up that Emma-lee is taking some well-deserved time off and will be away for the next 3 weeks. She'll be back in clinic from October 23rd.
We apologise if there's a bit of a wait to get in – the next available appointment is October 30th. If you need to get in sooner, feel free to reach out and check for cancellations.
Thanks for your patience and understanding 💙

ONE SPOT LEFT!
We have one last appointment available this week at 2:30 Friday with Emma-lee.
I’m away this week on a biodynamic cranial osteopathy course—diving deep into new ways to connect with stillness and the health within.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to learn, reflect, and expand how I support each of you in clinic.
If I’m a little slow replying to emails, calls, or messages, I appreciate your patience. I’ll respond when I can or forward anything urgent to Emma-lee, who is available in the clinic Thursday and Friday this week.
You can book online with her via our website (just a heads up, the Google booking link isn’t working at the moment).
Looking forward to sharing what I’m learning soon, and wishing everyone a peaceful week!

Emma-lee has appointments available this Thursday and Friday! If you’ve been wanting to book in with her, the best way is to go straight through our website or call/text the clinic on 0421 467 389.
Heads up—the Google booking link isn’t working properly right now and is only showing my availabilities, not Emma-lee’s. Please book directly or reach out if you need any help!

Heads up!
Our clinic phone will now stay at work as an office line only.
I'll have it during my days in the clinic (Mon-Wed), and Emma-lee will have it on Thu-Fri.
If you call after hours, you can leave a message and I may answer (call forwarding), but texts won't come through after hours anymore.
For anything urgent, especially reschedules for Monday, please email me—I check emails regularly even on weekends.
Thanks for your understanding!

Did you know that TMJ/jaw dysfunction could be the cause of your headaches, neck stiffness and pain?
Jaw clenching, grinding, or tension can lead to clicking, pain, and discomfort in the surrounding structures.
Do you notice clicking, tightness, pain when chewing or opening wide, or your jaw opening to one side?
With the right assessment and treatment, these problems can often be managed and improved.
Emma-lee can assess your TMJ using orthopaedic tests, and can treat TMJ dysfunction using Osteopathic Manipulative techniques to restore optimal mechanical load on the surrounding tissues.
If you’re wondering if your jaw is part of the problem, get in touch—we’re here to help.

APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE THIS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY!
Dr. Emma-lee has availability today and tomorrow Skye Osteopathy Bunbury.
Trigeminal neuralgia brings sudden, electric-shock sensations to the face that can make even simple things—like talking, eating, or smiling—feel hard.
Osteopathic treatment offers a gentle, hands-on way to help ease tension, calm irritated nerves, and support your overall wellbeing. It’s been rewarding to see patients in clinic experience meaningful relief.
If you or someone you know is living with facial pain, you’re not alone. These simple exercises, shared by one of my patients who’s found real relief, could be worth a try:
Last weekend Kamisha attended a professional development seminar focused on orofacial myology—a field that explores how the muscles of the face and mouth impact breathing, chewing, swallowing, and speech. ✨
This comprehensive foundation course was an exciting chance to deepen our knowledge and learn new ways to help people with concerns like jaw discomfort, tongue ties, or oral habits.
Kamisha is excited to bring these new skills into the clinic and support your health with the latest research and gentle techniques. 💙
Big thanks to for such an inspiring and practical training!
