Sometimes we have to do hard things.
Not because we’ve done something wrong, but because life asks us to grow in ways we never planned for or expected.
Doing hard things might look like getting out of bed when your heart feels heavy,
Saying no when you want to please everyone,
Showing up for yourself when it feels easier to disappear,
Setting a boundary that works for you and not others.
If you’re doing something hard right now, please know —
You’re not alone
You’re not weak
You’re not failing
You’re human.
And you’re learning to honour your needs, one step at a time.
