In a workplace, people usually assume being busy is a good thing. But the truth is, we never hope to be busy especially at this time of year.
Being busy means families are hurting.
It means someone has lost a person they love. It means we’re meeting you in moments you never wanted to experience.
While we are honoured to care for families when they need us most, our deepest hope is that you don’t need us prematurely.
Today, we gently remind you to reach out.
Check on the people around you.
Those who may be lonely.
Those who are quietly grieving.
Those carrying more than they let on.
A message. A visit. A kind word. An invitation to join you.
Small acts of kindness at this time of year can mean more than you realise.
Wishing you all a special Christmas, making new memories and remembering those you love who are no longer around the table. 🕊️

It was a fantastic day at the Manjimup Country Bowls Mixed Triples on Sunday.
Our wonderful consultant, and proud former Manji girl, Julie Newton had a great time presenting the prizes and sharing in the celebrations. Congratulations to all the organisers for a well-run event, and well done to all the competitors who made the day such a success. We’re proud to support local community events that bring people together.

The Collie community has once again shown how special it is, hosting the 71st Cheerio Club Christmas Party for Seniors, a tradition proudly running since 1953. Every year, amazing volunteers bring this event to life. Around 700 seniors are catered for, with hundreds of meals also lovingly delivered to those who can’t make it to the Hall. It’s a huge effort, driven purely by kindness and community spirit.
We are proud to support this wonderful Collie tradition. Thank you to everyone who helps make it happen. You truly brighten Christmas for so many. 🎄

We support families during their toughest times so it is rewarding when we get the chance to visit and share a laugh with the local clubs and organisations we sponsor during the year. We have a beautiful community in the South West and we're honoured to be welcomed during the good times too. 🥂
