When we are constantly giving to others, it's easy to forget about ourselves. We may feel like we don't have time for ourselves, or that we don't deserve to take care of ourselves.
But the truth is, we can't pour from an empty cup. We need to fill ourselves up first before we can give to others.
So how do we take care of ourselves? There are many things we can do.

π΅ Spend time with loved ones.
π΅ Do something you enjoy.
Taking care of ourselves is not selfish. It's essential for our well being. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to give to others.
