When your next steps scares you, do it anyway. When I got in my intuitive practice last week to post a video of me covering a song I HATED it.

I judged it so much & the stories were rife.

“I can’t cover someone else’s song”
“I haven’t played guitar in 18 months”
“It’ll hurt my fingers”
“I just wanna post my own songs once they’re perfectly polished”

Stories stories stories.

But my heart didn’t care for the stories.
My heart cares to sing
And share
And be vulnerable
And f*%k it up
And share it anyway.

WOMB-LED BUSINESS //
Bleeding.
Swollen.
Yet
Focused.
Launching.
I’m learning that whilst I can dance with my womb and respond to her, I am never limited by her.
I don’t have to full down my creations when I bleed.
Rather, they are magnetised.
I am magnetised. By my own sacred force. By my own rhythm.
And when I listen. My connection only deepens. My action only wisens. Strengthens.
When I bleed I tell the tales of a thousand women, stepping through one.
I connect to my lineage. To the thousands of women that had to come before me in order for me to exist.
One mother. Two grandmothers. Four great grandmothers. And so on and so forth. And then me.
I feel proud of the books I am writing and the work I am producing for the world.
Because it is born from here. My womb bleeds and my heart leads. And my magic pulls everything else into place.
This is womb led business.
And really, it is simply nature. is on repeat in my ears. Tears of joy on this Thursday afternoon 🩸💧🩸

WHAT WOULD I DO IF I LOST THE THING I LOVE
You see.
I ask this question.
Yet the truth is I couldn’t possibly.
I love my magic.
My heart.
My essence.
I love it.
With every fibre of my being and beyond.
What moves through me,
The true me,
I love.
And that,
Well, I can lose focus on it.
That,
I can forget to experience.
That,
Which is always there,
I can forget,
But I can never truly lose.

And so,
What would I do?
Well,
I would remember.
It’s all here.
It’s all in.
I already know.

That,
Is the greatest gift I can give another.
The Remembering of their own inherent connection to everything,
And thus,
The Remembering of themselves.

Fitting, as candle magic is one of my favourite ways to ignite the light of my ancestors and God within me. ⁠

My middle name (Ann), which actually means ‘resurrection’.⁠

AVOIDANCE //

I’ve realised

That my avoidance of social media is actually an avoidance of service.

It’s an avoidance that disables those who are looking for my medicine.

It’s an avoidance of vulnerability and being seen.

It’s an avoidance of the witch inside me who is S C R E A M I N G to be heard.

It’s an avoidance.

And quite frankly,
I’m done avoiding.

People aren’t going to watch a whole video if they don’t feel a resonance.

People aren’t going to read a whole post if they don’t feel a resonance.

And I’m done not allowing the look in for those it’s true for.

Today I'm launching my new brand. Part of me is ecstatic and part of me is terrified.

That's a good indication of a transformative time.

LIVING INTUITIVELY = ALLOWING RADICAL CHANGE

Anyone who knows me knows my life changes drastically quickly.
I have quantum leaps on the reg.
Things in my life don’t double.
They triple.
Quadruple.
Quintuple.
R e g u l a r l y.

I’m on the move.
A l w a y s.
Because I’m listening and following my intuition.
Every single nudge
I act.
“Go to this city”
Book flight.
Ignore logical mind telling stories.
Board flight.
Do the do.
“Create this course”
Write structure.
Ignore logical mind telling stories.
Sell course.
Do the do.

Doing the do.
That’s true intuition.
Not JUST receiving the information.
Acting on it.
Implementing it.
To truly receive my medicine into my life,
I need to implement.
It’s a MUST.

It’s not sometimes.
It’s not negotiable.
It’s not always easy.

In fact.
Sometimes it’s really fu***ng hard.
My ego doesn’t want radical change.
My ego wants safety. Stability. Security.

Truthfully,
My ego wants me to hide.

And my heart?
My intuition?

Wants me O U T.
Impacting
Acting
Doing

That’s the truth.

Sometimes I lose friends because they don’t like how fast I change.
Sometimes I confuse my family because I’m doing things differently.

All the time, my heart wins.

My greatest integrity is to follow my heart,
And to allow the change that coincides that.

Because I’m not here to hide.
I’m not here to play small.
I’m not here to get the intuitive hits and put them in the ‘later’ box.

Intuitive living means intuitive living,
And that means that what my intuition gets,
Is what goes.
