Welcome home to Shala Yoga, Bunbury’s vibrant yoga and healing community. ‘Shala’ (शाल) is a sanskrit word meaning ‘home’. Shala Yoga invites you to gather in community to practice, share, experience, heal and grow. Enter our safe space and ‘come home to yourself’ through the ancient yogic teachings, made modern for today’s student. Shala Yoga offers daily studio classes and online classes, workshops, special events, massage and retreats.

✨Kerry has dedicated a lot of time to the study and inquiry of Myoyin, which is a form of Myofascial Release combined with the static, floor-based deep tissue stretches of Yin Yoga.

The practice is AMAZING for releasing stored tension, improving energy flow, and cultivating a deeper connection to your body’s innate vitality.

Her final ✨MYOYIN MASTERCLASS for the year will be held later this month on Saturday 22 November from 3pm to 5pm.
