My name is Renae founder of Zen Within Wellness Centre and today I’m softly reopening a sacred space that began long before the centre ever existed.
Zen Within Mind, Body & Soul was my original offering to the world.
It was the space where my hands, my heart and my purpose first met.
As the centre has grown into a thriving, beautiful community hub, I realised that many of you were finding it difficult to locate just my personal treatments, classes and trainings amongst all the magic happening within the walls.
So this page is a returning.
A remembering.
A space devoted purely to my work, my medicine and my offerings.
I am a Bunbury born and bred local mum and wife, raising two beautiful boys in the community that raised me.
For 21 years I have walked the path of massage therapy but to me, this has never just been a career. It is devotion. It is service. It is something that lives deep within my soul.
When you lie on my table, you are not just receiving a treatment.
You are being held.
You are being honoured.
You are being given permission to soften.
My intention is always the same for you to feel safe, nurtured, loved and completely supported as your body exhales and your nervous system remembers what calm feels like.

There is something profoundly beautiful about massaging a woman through her pregnancy, witnessing her transition into motherhood, and later teaching her how to massage her baby. The threads of connection that weave through those moments are sacred to me.
Training therapists and watching them grow in confidence, skill and heart-centred touch is another deep passion. To pass on the love of this work is one of my greatest honours.
Hawaiian Nalu Breathwork changed my life. It is gentle, spiritual, deeply heart-based and so nurturing compared to many intense breathwork styles. I trained in this modality because I felt called to share something that felt safe, grounding and transformational all at once.
