Monday nights are a special time at the Sanctuary ❤️

Immersed in Tibetan Singing Bowls and the healing frequency of divine love and light.

Even more so now as my family of singing bowls grow... just as I have in the last 2 years ...

The Sanctuary was dream , a vision I had for sharing the love , support and healing in your way.

2 years of pouring my heart into a place of love..
It's been a dream come true ,
a feeling of happiness and gratuitie to the people who believed in me.
Knowing so many people in this community have had opportunities to share and heal. ....I thank you 💓

Knowing that growth is hard ..damn hard ...

I have weaved my way through the tangles and been left feeling deflated when things didn't work out...knocked down ...
But here I am ... doing my thing ..believing in myself and the divine love , healing and good health.
As the year of 2025 comes to an end enjoying the ability to do what I love, the way that is my way ❤️
Savouring the last of 2025 .

Looking forward to sharing more that is a part of my journey ..😘
