Pivot 21 offers allied health services within IWC’s holistic model of care to the general public.

Services have grown over the past year to include additional providers of physiotherapy, dietetics, occupational therapy, and speech pathology.

An important update from Pivot 21 Allied Health.

Since 2019, Pivot 21 Allied Health has been a place of care, growth and connection for many people in our community — and now we’re stepping into an exciting new chapter.

We’re transitioning to IWC Allied Health, bringing Pivot 21 fully under the Indigenous Wellbeing Centre (IWC) brand. As part of this change, our Pivot 21 Facebook and Instagram pages will soon be closing, with all updates moving across to IWC’s social media channels.

While the name is changing, what truly matters remains the same:

✨ The same commitment to your wellbeing

This transition allows us to strengthen how we work together and continue supporting our community in a more connected way.

💙 Pivot Your Diabetes – New Round Starting September 24! 💙

Living with Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM)? The Pivot Your Diabetes Program is designed to give you the tools, support, and confidence to take charge of your health.

We’ve made it easier than ever to join:

1️⃣ Have Type 2 Diabetes – anyone with T2DM is eligible, no matter how long you’ve had it.
2️⃣ GP Referred Clients – If your GP refers you under the appropriate referral, all sessions are bulk-billed (no out-of-pocket cost). You’ll just need:
• A current Care Plan (Item 721)
• A referral under Medicare’s Group Allied Health Services for people with Type 2 Diabetes
3️⃣ Private Clients – No referral? No problem! You can still join for $30 per class.
