🚨 ATTENTION 🚨

The TGA has recently announced more changes to the way we communicate and advertise cosmetic injectable treatments. These new changes make it incredibly difficult for us as providers to legally advertise and be transparent with what services we offer.

Language such as ‘Anti Wrinkle injections’ and ‘Dermal Fillers’ are no longer able to be used in advertising.
Alongside these terms, we also cannot legally advertise or disclose product/drug names (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, etc).

Patient education remains my primary focus to ensure all clients seeking treatment are able to make informed healthcare decisions. Understandably the TGA make these decisions to protect consumers, however this remains to present challenges as an injector/clinic.

There will be some changes made to the business pages and booking site which will reflect these new laws. I will also pin this post to both Facebook & Instagram pages for any new clients who are unsure as to why we cannot advertise under these terms.

In the meantime, if anyone can come up with a universal name to refer to these services I’m all ears 😅🩶

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the beautiful Lexa from Bundaberg Today to sit and discuss all things injectables and what is in store for Emjections in the future ☺️✨💉
Lexa was kind enough to publish the piece in the latest issue of the Bundaberg Today newspaper 🥰

I couldn’t understand why my phone has been going off more than usual today while I was injecting until I saw the bottom of the article 😅 so if you have called today, I’m still getting back to everyone and I do apologise for the delay 📞

This is such a massive achievement for the business, and I truly would not be standing here without all of the support from each and every one of you - thank you! 💗

And to Lexa - thank you for reaching out to do this article. Keeping local businesses open during these tougher times is crucial, and I cannot thank you enough for all the support you and the team at Bundaberg Today have shown my little business. I am beyond grateful 💗🫶🏻

Just a friendly reminder to all - I am currently fully booked until the end of November at this stage. There are also only 9 appointments left for 2022 so if you haven’t already booked your December appointment I recommend doing so ASAP! Once these remaining appointments are gone - they’re GONE! 😬
