When workers listen to understand, the information is taken in and absorbed. The information changes us and then we have the ability to bring change.

Hi friends! The Council has been planning where to install Changing Places accessible change rooms and toilet facilities. These spaces will increase accessibility for people with a disability in places of interest. Could you please help to raise awareness of this survey so that the most needed area is identified?

Giarne Ashby Jenn Vincent Sally Caville Wendy Wirth Rachael Visser Nathan Lynch Jessie Webb Sarah Taylor

The survey is now live on the Our Bundaberg Region project page here ourbundabergregion.com.au/changing-places-planning-project and will close on Sunday 14 July 2024.

Even if you're not at your best. Even if you are tired to your bone of trying. Even if you fall in a heap. Even if you make a decision to sabotage all your work. I really do believe in you, my clients. I know you are doing the very best you can. I see your suffering, but I know it's yours to bear. There's some places I can't follow you. But I'll always be here for you when you're ready to give it another go.

Acceptance of ourselves and hope for the future will see us through.

Acceptance of ourselves and hope for the future will see us through.

So beautiful and true and applies 100% to parenting!

Thank you for this hopeful message, Michell C. Clark✨💛✨

Michell adds:

"The truth is, at some point you’ll have to let go of the expectations you’ve carrying about who you were supposed to be, so that you can fully appreciate the beautiful person you’ve become. You’ll have to look in the mirror without flinching. You’ll have to meet yourself where you’re at.

You’ll have to humble yourself before you can free yourself.

And when you do, you’ll see that the mistakes you were trying to avoid ended up becoming some of the most important parts of your story. The mistakes showed you when it was time to pivot. The mistakes pushed you to imagine better ways of existing. the mistakes brought you face to face with the fullness of who you are. The mistakes weren’t just inevitable—they were necessary.

The truth is, at some point you’ll have to accept that perfection is a myth. For the sake of your own healing and happiness, you’ll need to understand that radical self-acceptance is the way forward. You’ll have to commit to loving yourself through every mistake and misstep. You’ll have to stop chasing approval, and start working towards a deeper understanding of who you are."

On top of that, the client we share is enjoying every moment of time spent. Exceed Your Excellence Support Services who has provided such insightful observations. Thank you for doing background reading on our client's condition to know them all the more and providing fun, relevant, sensitive support. Kaizen Squad pty ltd who have been great listeners and work tirelessly for their people.

Discover the numerous benefits that Allied Health Assistants bring to both clinicians and their clients! With an AHA on board, clients can maintain their program engagement and make the most out of their funding. Additionally, AHAs empower clinicians by expanding the range of services they can offer, freeing up valuable time for them to focus on advanced clinical tasks. If you're a clinician interested in hiring an AHA, I recommend checking out this informative document for further details: link to the Good Practice Guide.
