Larissa Jordan, TranquilOT Director, graduated from Southern Cross University in Coolangatta with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2020. Larissa originally worked in Bundaberg in South East Queensland, assisting in the re-structure of an Occupational Therapy service within a private hospital. As a generalist Occupational Therapist she engaged with a large and variative caseload including NDIS
paediatrics and adults, acute hand therapy, community home assessments, acute medical and orthopaedics, and adult rehabilitation. Since then she has focused her carer on adult rehabilitation throughout the clients inpatient and integration into the community journeys. Larissa is a passionate therapist whom advocates for her clients needs and justice to participation opportunities, regardless of their ability or additional needs.
