Today I had the luxury of taking the kidlets to one of our beautiful local beaches at Bargara.

It’s been a very windy day here but the water was just beautiful and for the first time in a very long time my head and hair touched the salt water. It’s been so long, I had forgotten the sound of the ocean when you go underneath the water through a wave and it was just awesome.

The children at Children First Walkervale have had a wonderful time over the past two weeks learning some ocean animal poses and practising their relaxation using their deep breaths! ✨
