The NDIA’s 3-Year Pricing Work Plan is rolling out in stages, so changes are evidence-based, tested, and carefully implemented.

Year 1: Immediate action and evidence building | 2025-26

Year 2: Evidence informed design and targeted implementation | 2026-27

Year 3: Implementation and refinement | 2027-28

This work plan gives participants and providers greater clarity on what’s being reviewed, when, and why — using evidence, consultation, and real market data.

Meet 𝐉𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐚, one of our Senior Finance Officers! 🌟

Jemma has been part of the All Plan Management team for over two years and brings valuable experience from the disability sector. Each day, her focus is simple but powerful: making a positive difference for people navigating the NDIS. With a solutions-based approach, Jemma finds it especially rewarding to help participants reach the right outcomes.

Jemma also has first-hand experience in her own family, and has seen how the NDIS can enhance lives and support people to achieve their goals. This fuels her passion for the work she does every day.

Getting to know Jemma:

• What’s your favourite way to unwind?
- Taking my dog for a walk, calling my friends on Discord and playing video games.

What’s your go to weekend activity?
- Building lego and playing video games with my niece and nephews, spending time with friends and partner, watching movies, painting, gardening, day trips! I try to squeeze it all in 😊

- Coffee!

Dogs or cats?
- I have a rescue beagle cross dog named Coco

As dedicated professionals in the support industry, you show up every day for participants with care, empathy, and dedication. But to give care sustainably, you have to take care of yourself too. Learn from these 7 simple tips to reclaim your harmony:

1. Know Your Values
Identify what truly inspires you and dedicate time to it.

2. Practise Time Management
Track your week, cut down on non-essential tasks, and use helpful apps.

3. Set Boundaries
Learn to say “no” and protect your personal time.

4. Find Enjoyment in Your Work
Focus on the parts of your role that bring meaning and motivation.

5. Nurture Relationships
Prioritise quality time with family, friends, and loved ones.
