🍃✨️ Its not all about trauma 🍃✨️
YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE HAD TRAUMA TO TRY SPINAL FLOW
I have been having conversations lately with people who say they don't have trauma.. that they had a great childhood/life, so they don't need spinal flow. Which is AMAZING.
However
You dont have to have had trauma to be stressed, overwhelmed, suffering from burnout, have inflammation, sore muscles from sports or excersise, a sore back, knees, hips, suffering from headaches or lack of sleep or even learning and behavior difficulties.
You see spinal flow works directly with the nervous system.. relaxing from the inside out allowing your body to recover and be at ease. Allowing your body time to be calm and reset.
Just like a building needs a strong solid foundation free of any stressors...so do our bodies.
It all starts from the inside, all it takes is 30 minutes once a week.
