Feeling a little off lately? Here is something to help..

Life isn’t always sunshine and smooth sailing, we all hit those stretches where things feel… meh.

Maybe it’s stress, maybe it’s just one of those weeks. But here’s a tiny habit that can make a big difference: write down one thing you’re grateful for every day..

Just one. That’s it.

It could be a cozy blanket, a funny moment, a good meal, or a hug that landed just right. These tiny notes of appreciation have become something really special in our house, and reading them has been beautiful.

They remind us of the good that surrounds us, even when the day didn’t feel so great.

Why does it help?

• It shifts your focus from what’s wrong to what’s still right.
• It gives your heart a little lift.
• It builds emotional strength, quietly and gently.

And for your family?

• It sets a warm, positive tone in your home.
• It helps kids (and grown-ups!) notice the little joys.
• It opens up sweet conversations “What made you smile today?”

Gratitude doesn’t erase stop the hard stuff. But it softens it. It’s a gentle way to reconnect with hope, with each other, and with the beauty that’s still around us.

So grab a notebook, or start a family jar. One sentence a day. You’ll be amazed at what shows up ❤️

This Journey of life, is full of patterns and choices that will teach you valuable lessons.

When you are willing to understand, that true growth and happiness comes from owning the lesson, and seeing it as a blessing rather than a negative, you open up to a world of peace.

There is no such thing as a perfect life
There is no such thing as a normal life
An easy life is only determined by how well you manage your stress.
AND
The more you learn and the more you are willing to understand who you are and what you need, happiness will come. PEACE will come.

Darling YOU are a beautiful human with a beautiful HEART, and every day that you learn in order to grow, is the gift of HAPPINESS, you give to yourself ❤️

Have a beautiful day!

Worry Time!

1. Pick a time of the day strictly for Worrying
2. Carry a small book or piece of paper with you through the day and keep it beside the bed for at night.
3. When you start to overthink about something, write it down and tell yourself you will worry about that later, during worry time.
4. At your chosen time of the day sit down and go through your list, process if the worry is something within your level of control, if it is make a plan to do something about it.

If it’s outside your control write that down, breathe in and out slowly five times whilst telling yourself it’s outside your control, and allow yourself to let it go, write down that it’s outside my control and I let it go.

This little tool helps you to regain control over a racing mind, helps bring you back into balance with your thinking, and also helps you to better process the things you worry about with a more centred approach.

Retraining your way of processing and thinking will help you with anxiety, stress and overwhelm.

It’s also a great way to help your children process their thoughts, do this with them regularly to help them understand how to process ❤️

Have a great day everyone 🙏🏻

I genuinely love hearing feedback from my clients (first photo contains the review), it means the world to me! It’s unfortunate that recent Facebook restrictions make it harder for others to see these reviews, because they’re such a powerful way for people to hear about the benefits of my services from real experiences, not just from me.

I feel incredibly grateful to do what I do. This weekend in Brisbane was just beautiful, the storms gave way to a lush green backdrop, and after the sun’s initial sting, we were gifted with the most refreshing breeze. Moments like these remind me why I’m so passionate about this work.

This is the third time I have been asked to host for Bec, each time I get to meet new beauties and reconnect with the existing ❤️

You don’t always need a plan to heal.. sometimes it starts be simply taking a mindful walk and looking at your surroundings through a different lense..

Example of what this scene has to offer and how it can reduce stress and anxiety.

Listening to the train as it passes with your eyes closed, noticing the way the wheels
Run along the track and how the sound moves along with it.

Smelling the sugarcane from the nearby paddock that have been freshly cut and noticing how sweet it is, can you taste it also?

Watching the way the wind ripples though the water, touching small sections at a time and distorting the calmness of the surface.

Appreciating the different shades of green in the water, along the edge and within the trees.

Allowing yourself to be amazed at how the clouds change shape and quickly disappear with the force of the wind.

Feeling the grass and surfaces beneath your feet as you explore and connect with the healing benefits of the earth below, walking barefoot allowing you to become grounded and connected removing that feeling of treading on water!

Watching the tadpoles and small beetles as they swim around the drain, enjoying life to their own experiences.

This is how I enjoyed my walk last week.. it’s a mindfulness practice that costs you nothing but a little bit of your time.

Its benefits are huge and it’s an easy place to start when you are looking to make change to your habits ❤️

Happy exploring 🙏🏻

Did you know, rain has a quiet magic. Its steady rhythm, soft patter, and earthy scent can do more than water the world… it can water your soul.

Why rain helps us relax:

☔️ The sound of rain is a natural white noise, helping calm the nervous system.
☔️ It slows us down, inviting stillness and reflection.
☔️ It creates a cozy atmosphere that encourages rest and safety.

How to use rain for relaxation…

🌧️ Sit by a window or step outside under shelter. Close your eyes and let the sound ground you.
🌧️ Inhale with the falling drops, exhale with the flow. Let your breath sync with nature.
🌧️ Journal whilst listening, let the rain be your backdrop as you pour your thoughts onto paper.
🌧️ Use it to fall asleep, listen to the pitch, tone and frequency of the raindrops, hear the rain become heavy and light whilst you breathe and focus on the sounds.

“Not all storms come to disrupt your life. Some come to clear your path.” Let the rain remind you, even cloudy days can bring peace.

I personally LOVE rain and storms, standing bare foot on the ground whilst the cold
Rain falls is pure magic.. if you leave expectation and resistance behind 😉
