Can't go wrong getting strong!

You can't fix mechanical insufficiencies with a rub and some zip zaps!

Get strong, fix your patterns recognise your weaknesses! 💪

Does this sound familiar?

"Don't do any physical exercise for atleast 6 weeks or you'll just damage yourself more".

Yeah sure, easy to tell someone that who isn't physically active, or wants to return to sport. 🤦‍♂️

This is an outdated approach to injury rehab which leads to fear mongering and fear avoidance in patients. 🤕
(With fractures being the obvious exception).

My goal is to educate and keep you moving even with an injury, there's no need to stop, just adapt. 🙆‍♂️🤸‍♂️🧘‍♀️

"I was scared to go to Physio because I was worried about being told to stop working out or take time off" - the number one concern I hear of the fitness community with injuries.

You don't have to stop! With all the gym facilities you need to modify your program you won't be slowing down anytime soon! 💪
