Yeah sure, easy to tell someone that who isn't physically active, or wants to return to sport. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

This is an outdated approach to injury rehab which leads to fear mongering and fear avoidance in patients. πŸ€•
(With fractures being the obvious exception).

My goal is to educate and keep you moving even with an injury, there's no need to stop, just adapt. πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ
