I’m re introducing myself & to give context for where we are going as a business & why the name change, re brand.

I’ve done two trade apprenticeships, hairdressing & pastry cooking.
Hairdressing began my journey into the healing power of touch, listening & talking.
Pastry Cooking gave me creativity & joy of baking & being part of Celebrations.
Having our first & last baby at 40, gave me more than I was consciously aware of.
We each already had one child & decided we would close our cake business in 2017, feeling we didn’t want to parent a young baby while running a business again.
Since then, a food van & travelling was the strongest vision.
Though, Life has other plans…we decided as our parents need assistance, layered with personal life lessons, we’ve made a decision that after Lushus Cakes, I didn’t think I’d commit to…
Since April, I’ve been contemplating going back into a brick & mortar for my business & from my last experiences.. the positives for our family were outwaying my resistance.
I’ve recently seen some devastating rental agreements go very sour for some folks in Bundaberg & it was alarming, the now chronic issues within the CBD, mixed with the constant mess thrown at us as a society, are all aspects I’ve gone full circle with & decided .. I can move forward .. as the positives for my family .. will out way & alchemise what’s happening around us & we’ll pivot & udjust accordingly…
One of the Soul lessons I’ve embodied from the last 5 years.
As a family, I’ve called in our energy & worked on our emotional bodies .. as Mother, I’ve realised my nervous system holds my family, as a partner, my nervous system is meshed with his, and it’s here where deeper healing has occurred as a family unit.
We have challenges, addictions, generational programming holding on for dear life, adult children with their life challengers, young children growing in ways we aren’t ( but need) to be ready for & the pure joy of Grand parenting, we are in it.
Its obviuously the contracts we signed up for 🥰🥹
Yet, we still have our Soul alignment to grow into.. the whole reasons we are here.
The reality of spiritual concepts grounded into our humaness .. of spirtual questioning, grounded into our human experience.
The concept of Sun Soul Heart Inspired, is an evolution of us as a family, of Lushus Cakes, of Enliven Energetics, of my need for nourishing food, understanding of higher realms of Energy work & cycling back into our stages of life with our hormones & nature.
And the greatest gift ..breaking down pattens, programs & egos to know & serve Our Creatress, our unity with.
It’s going to be joyous, challenging, rewarding & risk taking … it’s a Welcome process that is going along as I remember to sink deeper into Care of The Soul ( one of my all time fav mentoring books).
Not always as flowing as I immediately intend, but unfolding with the twists, drama, & life threads that I am weaving back into the awareness & question myself with these 3 that are serving me right now ..
