This month marks the end of my first year in business, and I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude.

Starting Bundy Oasis Hypnotherapy wasn’t just about opening a door or putting my name on a sign. It was about trusting a calling, backing myself, and showing up with honesty, care, and respect for people’s stories.

To every person who walked through my door, picked up the phone, sent a message, or said “I don’t really know how this works, but I’m willing to try” Thank you!
Thank you for trusting me with your experiences, your fears, your hopes, and your healing. That trust is something I never take lightly.

I’ve witnessed courage in many forms this year. Quiet courage. Shaky courage. Brave first steps. And moments where something shifted in a way that words couldn’t quite explain, but you could feel it.

This year has taught me so much, about people, about healing, and about myself. It’s been humbling, grounding, and deeply meaningful.

If you’ve supported me, referred someone, encouraged me, or simply believed in what I’m building, I see you and I appreciate you more than I can say.

Here’s to the next chapter, deeper work, and continuing to hold safe space for those who are ready.

Big moment for Bundy Oasis Hypnotherapy... the new street signage is up (Finally)!

This is the first time I’ve ever designed and created a sign myself, and after a lot of trial and error (and many learning curves), I’m really proud of how it turned out. I hope it helps more people find their way to my little healing oasis upstairs at 36 Quay Street.
