3. Breathe Ezy with Lavender and Wintergreen - to aid you when you have a cold, cough, flu, snuffles, blocked nose etc.
4. Golden Seal - this is a brilliant healing herb. Apply to cuts, scrapes, rashes, any type of minor wound and it will assist the healing process very quickly.
