Combat Sport Athlete | Muay Thai 🥊

Monday sessions for kicks off the week with a focus on foundational development.

Think higher reps, slower tempos, and full control through every range of motion.

As the week progresses, we shift gears - moving into intensity, speed, and power to match the demands of the sport.

Smart programming isn’t just about going hard all the time. It’s about balancing the micro (individual sessions) with the macro (training blocks), managing fatigue, keeping the body fresh, and developing qualities that can get lost in the sport-specific grind.
