Now we build on that horizontal projection by testing each side individually.
Most sport is performed unilaterally (one limb at a time), so it’s important to measure both sides in isolation.
This helps us:
• Identify asymmetries
• Spot compensatory patterns
• Reduce potential injury risk
• Improve overall performance
We all naturally have a more dominant side, but ideally we want both sides scoring within 10% of each other in total distance.
