Alex joins us with a strong passion for movement-based care and helping people get back to doing what they love. After originally working as an electrician, his own back injury introduced him to osteopathy, sparking his transition into healthcare and shaping his practical, patient-focused approach.

He enjoys working with back pain, chronic presentations and sporting injuries, with a focus on movement, education and long-term outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Alex loves staying active, travelling and exploring new places 🌍

Hip pain in pregnancy: What’s really going on? 🤰🏼

If you’re feeling that deep ache in your hips (especially at night or when walking), you’re not alone! Hip pain is super common during pregnancy and can show up for a few different reasons:

Common conditions we see:
• Pelvic girdle pain
• SIJ (sacroiliac joint) dysfunction
• Glute or piriformis tightness
• Trochanteric bursitis
• P***c symphysis pain
