Get a Flu Booster while stocks last!

Although we are well into the season, influenza is still circulating in our community, and we continue to see new cases each week. To help protect yourself and those around you, we strongly encourage eligible patients to receive a booster flu vaccine in December. A booster can:

✅ Strengthen your immunity
✅ Reduce the severity of illness if you do catch the flu
✅ Help protect vulnerable family members, friends and neighbours

If it has been several months since your last flu vaccination, or if you're unsure about your immunity, our team is here to help.

📅 Book an appointment with a nurse in December by contacting reception on 03 9467 1444 or 03 9466 7211.

If you've stopped receiving SMS messages from AutoMed, please check that our number 0417 324 759 (No Reply) hasn’t been accidentally blocked.

📱 iPhone Users:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Phone
3. Select Blocked Contacts
4. Look for 0417 324 759 in the list
5. Tap Edit > Tap the number > Unblock

🤖 Android Users:

1. Open the Phone app
2. Tap More (three dots) > Settings
3. Select Blocked numbers
4. If 0417 324 759 appears, tap the X or Unblock to remove it

Note: On Android, messages may also be sent to the spam folder. Here’s how to check:

1. Open the Google Messages app
2. Tap your profile icon or the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
3. Select Spam & blocked to view any filtered messages

Important Patient Notice – Power Outage at Andrew Place Clinic ⚠️

Andrew Place Clinic has been unexpectedly affected by a power supply cut-off from AUSNET with no prior warning. We are working urgently to source a generator.

This may mean:

Some appointments could be cancelled,

Your consultation may be moved to telehealth, or

You may be asked to attend our Mill Park clinic instead.

We sincerely apologise for any disruption this causes and appreciate your understanding while we manage this emergency. We will update you as soon as possible.
