CNHC are proud to announce our first ever Referral Bonus Scheme.

Our current support workers are invited to refer a friend they think will be a super star support worker. As a reward for this our referrers and referees will be rewarded with a $50 gift card. Terms and conditions below.

👉 Referees must complete 20 shifts in the first 6 weeks from your first completed shift date
👉 If the shift is cancelled from either party this is not counted as a shift
👉 Both the referee and referrer will receive a $50 gift card if the 20 shifts have successfully been completed
👉 The referrer must be a current CNHC employee

👍👍👍Good news for all our NDIS participants and staff members.

From next week there will be NDIS vaccination hubs that is set up to prioritize NDIS participants, their primary carers, and support staff.

This, unlike the Vaccination blitz for Aged Care and Disability sector, is available to staff working in non-residential settings as well.

Our staff has shown initiative in prioritizing their safety and that of their participants and the wider community by getting vaccinated. The last couple of weeks has especially shown a rapid increase in our staff being vaccinated. Let's keep this momentum going. After all, vaccination is one of the many tools that we have in our toolkit to beat this virus.

Our participant, Stevan in Gold Coast has been with CNHC since the past two years, getting community access support.

Stevan has an adventurous streak and lately he has been keen to explore further with the activities that he takes part in. Recently, with the assistance of his support worker, John, Stevan went fishing and caught his first fish.

Stevan’s excitement was palpable and now CNHC would like to recognize him as our unofficial “Fisherman of the Month”.

Here is our lovely participant- Ayesha, whom Complete Nursing and Home Care have been supporting since 2017.

Her bubbly personality and quirky sense of humor are greatly admired by the people around her particularly her family and support workers. Ayesha loves dancing, watching YouTube videos, playing with her dolls, and reading books. One of her goals is to access the community regularly and do things that she loves the most. She enjoys going to the beach, play centers, museums, zoos, etc. on weekends and during school holidays. Despite the changes caused by the COVID-19, Ayesha still manages to engage in safe outdoor activities such as going for a bike ride, playing in the park, or in the backyard of her house. Being outside has offered great benefits to her, boosting multiple aspects of her well-being including physically and emotionally, which is evident in her exuberant smile.

Ayesha, you are truly our beautiful ray of sunshine and positivity!

Meet Leo, one of our best-loved participants who has been with us since 2015. Leo is incredibly fun and has a very laid back personality. Leo loves his independence and enjoys activities such as watching football, shopping, visiting his favorite pubs and other places around Melbourne. He relishes in meeting people, sharing experiences and building meaningful relationships with them. Leo's positive outlook towards life is something that inspires CNHC to empower other participants to live their best lives. After the pandemic, Leo looks forward to travelling interstate to visit his friend in Adelaide with the assistance of one of his support workers.
