After 21 years as Chatterbox Australia Therapy Services, I’m so proud to welcome you to CHATS: Children’s Health and Therapy Services.

This change is more than a new name — it reflects the bigger vision I’ve always held.

Our journey from Chatterbox to CHATS
From the beginning, my dream was never just to run a traditional Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy clinic. I wanted to build an integrated health and therapy centre where families can access a connected team of specialists — from infancy through to young adulthood — all in one place.

A place where:

· Your child’s team communicates and collaborates
· Every professional is a true specialist (not a generalist)
· Families feel supported, understood, and empowered at every stage

With our move to 585 Grimshaw Street, Bundoora, that vision has become our everyday reality.

But the space is only part of the story.
